Job Description

Key responsibilities:
?Enhance cross-selling and up-selling by advising home care
treatments and referring client to other departments
?Helping patients choose the best treatments by explaining the same.
?Managing clinical care including various treatment plans for the assigned
patient case.
?Evaluate clients’ beauty needs by performing skin analyses with the
guidance of the dermatologist when required.
? Provide personalise treatment plans and home skincare products.
? Communicating and coordinating with doctors, therapists, and patients on regular
basis.
?Documenting various types of reports and associated paperwork.,
?Keep up-to-date about the latest techniques with machines and products.
?Participate in internal and external education courses and training.
?Achieve personal and departmental targets.
?Send weekly sales report to Therapist Section Head.
?Attend weekly meetings with the medical team.
