Business Development – Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Developing strategies for driving sales growth across target sectors.
• Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
• Proactively understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to convert them.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses
• Maintain various Reports, analyse and present it to the management.
• Ensuring that Client Queries are effectively handled and resolved via calls or emails.
• Ensuring that proper calls & email etiquette are met to ensure the best customer experience at all times.
• Responsible for defining the monthly sales targets of the sales team and ensuring that the same are achieved.
• Reviewing the performance of the sales team from time to time weekly/monthly/ yearly./.
• Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales.
• Analysing the training needs of the team and developing the training module to ensure the best of customer experience.
• Understanding client needs and offering them assistance with the requested queries.
• Should have excellent Numerical Ability and can do data analysis to arrive at scenarios.
• Responsible for developing the proper mechanism and the SOP for the daily reports of the Sales & amount collected at every store and sharing the same with the accounts.
• Liasoning with accounts for the reconciliation of the invoices and cash received.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
