We are hiring for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Job includes training period of 1 month (probation)

We run music courses, so converting enquiries to admissions is one of the major part of the job

• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
• Attend to incoming and outgoing calls and transfer to the respective departments
• Inward and Outward registers (Students and Teachers)
• Emails and Whatsapp enquiries management
• Managing all stationary items and requirements
• Fee collection and follow up
• Maintain Inventory
• Managing front office housekeeping and cleanliness
• Ensure young kids leave premises only with their parents

Qualifications / Skills:

• Strong communication /phone skills
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Punctual with strong attendance history
