Introduction to the Division /Function The Chemical Analysis Division provides our customers with a variety of products that help them keep themselves and the public safe. Role Description/Position Summary – To manage India & South Asia Services team of Process Analyzers – PGNAA/PFTNA applications. To lead the team proactively delivering excellent input at all stage client services, from client administration, project planning and implementation, execution, and project completion, with effective manner for timeline/budget adherence and quality of services. This position will be responsible for Generating Service Revenue – Responsible to achieve or exceed the plan by selling service contracts & spare parts. Renewal and upkeep of contracts. And must actively contribute to the allegiance of existing clients and improve CAS (Customer satisfaction) and generation of new business with measurable results. To ensure that all processes are performed in accordance with cGMP;

Responsibilities To manage India & South Asia Services team of Process Analyzers – PGNAA/PFTNA applications.

Must possess people management & leadership skills wherein he can create an organization which is ready to take new challenges & grow service busines.
To lead and develop trainings, including cross training of other members across functions where appropriate.
To lead & develop team of people managers (Service Managers) & FSE’s for upgraded individuals and for role of a leader.
Apply logical, analytical & technical diagnostic skills to resolve problems quickly. Root cause analysis with analytical skill.
Individual must possess strong control & process application knowledge specially in Process flow in Stockpile & Raw Mill understanding of analysis. Handling radioactive sources with added knowledge of PGNAA/PFTNA principle of cross belt analyzer. Service Job will involve mechanical adjustments / alignment of the frame, mounting & removal of radioactive sources, checking the performance parameters, Calibration & measurement results and setting up of the process control parameters. Knowledge on Windows OS & PLC, OPC, SCADA etc.
He should be able to understand, Perform & able to train & Guide FSE’s on Installation, Commissioning, acceptance, maintenance & servicing of Cross Belt analyzer/ PGNNAA in all at customer sites & Remote support.
Inter personnel skills, soft spoken, can handle customers critical issues.
Partnership support multi-functional teams in achieving business objectives.
Minimum Educational Qualification: – Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Electronics field. Management Certifications will be added preference.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Requirement:Years of Experience: > 15+ yrs working experience, among which at least 5 yrs project management or client services management experience, and on a supervisor or managerial level position in PGNAA applications. Knowledge & Hands On experience: Cross Belt PGNAA analyzer in Stockpile/ Raw Mill, Sinter application with hands on experience in relevant Industries Cement & Metal & Processes. Competency: Customer Relationship management Leadership skills, building effective team, interpersonal commination skills, problem solving attitude, conflict management, Empathetic towards people, customer focus, time management and must possess Influence without authority. Handling difficult situation & Ownership.
