As part of the Secure Digital Workplace Team, Asset Management Team’s mission is to provide accountability for asset, services, and their cost while reducing the security risk.
Roles & Responsibilities:

This role functions within Asset Management that is responsible for handling, collaborating and responding to our colleague & customers on the Asset Management module within ServiceNow.
You will also participate in designing, collecting requirements and share ideas with the community and assist in the development of an efficient solution and capabilities or workflow optimizations within ServiceNow for our Request management / IT onboarding process.
Support the Software asset management tasks by performing necessary activities and duties when required
Support the Procurement asset management tasks by performing necessary procurement asset management activities
Proficient in ITIL Processes Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Catalog / Request Management
Sharing Procedural and Operational knowledge with customers through Trainings/Sessions.
Responsible for end to end Process management, Delivery and Process activities as per the ITIL Best practices and Process guidelines.
Responsible for Crafting, Managing and Publishing Process reports/Dashboard based on defined metrics & OKRs
Document, Manage and Update the Process knowledge and documentation.
Responsible for Continual Service/ Process Improvement initiatives
Lead response efforts in a prioritized manner using a set of playbooks
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years’ overall experience in an IT organization
Ability to grasp modern technology quickly
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills !
Hardworking, collaborative, and positive behavior
Ability to prioritize and multi task
Solid grasp and hands on experience of Service Now tool.
Ability to work simultaneously on different requirements with a variety of projects
Excellent Customer Service skills !
Ability to work independently, think creatively and smartly !
Academic Qualification:
•Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation certification or experience with implementing IT Service Management processes
