Seeking a Financial analyst to be a key member of the Commercial Finance team to support senior leaders in data analytics & financial reporting to help shape the commercial success of the business. This role would suit an individual with a passion for data analytics and a real desire to develop and succeed within a fast paced, innovative Corporate Commercial Finance function.

What you will do:

• Provide business partnering and commercial finance support Region Commercial Leaders in EEMEA region (Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, Israel) including supporting them various projects/initiatives, MBRs/QBRs, STRAP and ad hoc data request.

• Review of the work done on monthly basis, ensuring report & business reviews are accurately done; improve quality of work

• Lead support on the business reviews, preparation of decks and driving engagement with stakeholder for gathering inputs & key insights.

• Independently investigate, analyze information & reports developed, ask questions & identify root causes

• Manage Dubai entity Opex , work with Accounting and AP team based in India. Ensure proper allocation of costs to divisional entities on monthly basis.

• Work with BI team to developPower BI dashboards for EMEA (EEMEA + Western Europe) Commercial and EMEA Corporate Finance teams. Conduct regular reviews of the EMEA data to ensure accuracy

• Support EMEA Corporate Finance team in monthly revenue reporting, QBR and Annual Operating Plan for EMEA.

How you will get here:

Education

• Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting

• Preferred: Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant or MBA (in Finance)

Experience

• 5+ years relevant experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Prior experience within commercial FP&A

• Strong financial acuity, including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate analysis and recommendations in concise informative manner

• Excellent skills with MS Excel are required; HFM/CMR, Tableau and Power BI knowledge would be preferred.

• Data management experience and the ability to manage large sets of data and accurate reports

• Highly analytical and possess a strong business sense

• Organized multitasker: you prioritize your workload, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment,

• Strong team building skills working with a diverse group of people, even if geographically dispersed

• Self-motivated, higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done
