Thermofisher are looking for a Field Service Manager for North, East & NE for India . As a key manager the successful candidate is required to provide strong management and leadership to direct reports in respect to manages, leads, organizes, directs, plans, controls and coordinates all Service Activities for the related products under your control and region. Responsible to achieve the most effective and efficient way possible to deliver the required Services to all customers. To deliver on our goals in customer satisfaction surveys and the respective booking, revenue and costs, within the required time periods of monthly, quarterly and yearly time frames.

Job Description
Leading a team of 02 FSEs for North & 01 FSE for East/NE for service delivery.
Attend all Breakdown calls and closure within the assigned service parameters of response time by accurate allocation of time to achieve customer satisfaction for North & NE.
Have complete ownership of the service delivery process for the assigned customer base for North & NE region.
Providing timely support for Preventive maintenance to the assigned set of customers. (primary and Secondary) by keeping the data of P.Ms for the assigned Install Base.
Achievement of financial objectives as assigned and completion of the cycle of the order process.
Achieve the assigned Spares and Service revenue targets for the region.
Keeping track of ensuring payment collections for the transactions done for the assigned customer base.
Timely completion of all the service reports, weekly reports, expense statements and any other data which is asked from time to time through Mobility Portal and emails to ensure communication flow.
Follow guidelines on attendance, leaves, mobile policies, travel policies, and other policies to achieve proper discipline of operations.
Meet the Service KPIs like CAS, RT (Response Time), DTR (Days to Repair), TRD, Call Acknowledgement, FTFR (First Time Fix Rate ), Repeat Call Ration (RCR), etc set for the region and India for LSMS / IOMS service.
Support the building of strategic and operational plans, budgets and programs consistent with the overall IES strategy in order to achieve company goals
Actively participates and supports contract sales process and key revenue streams.
Travel to customers and channel partners and other company locations on a regular basis. Have direct relationship with key customer contact points
Ensure active participation in the Field activities.
Lead and drive process improvement initiatives and ensure vibrant pipe line of process improvement ideas from direct managed staff
Ensure that Performance Management and Development (PMD) process are maintained for all direct reports.
Leads, educates, mentors and empowers direct reports, work closely with IES and factories.
Implement all business processes, procedures and programs related to IES.
What we are looking for
Professional background in Electronics Engineering or related subjects
15+ years Technical / Field service experience in the field of Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry.
Strong Leadership and management skills
Good Product Knowledge of the TMO Products & Services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work across all levels, functions and regions
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities
Multicultural management experience is advantageous
Excellent inter-personal, self-motivational and negotiating skills
Willingness to travel in the territory, International traveling including Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan required.
Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
Ability to actively visit local customers without significant travel costs
