Essential Functions:

• Assist with development and promotion of Unified Communications intake and implementation processes across the company.

• Create, update, and maintain Unified Communications project portfolio metrics.

• Lead Unified Communications team metrics

• Mentor other team members on telephony, AV and web conferencing processes and procedures.

• Proactively identify problem areas related to the intake and implementation processes of unified communications solutions

• Develop unified communication process related automation (including M365 automation) to reduce manual work and increase the efficiency of the system.

• Must be detail oriented as well as exhibit strong organizational skills.

• Ability to effectively interact with and collaborate across departments, business unit leadership, and Thermo Fisher divisions.

• Ability to build plans that align with partner expectations.

Education:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a science, technical or business field or at least 5 years’ equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• 3+ years of technical process analyst with operational experience in a large organization

• Experience with creating and modifying PowerBI dashboards

• Experience with data integration with products including PowerBI, Office Products, ServiceNow, etc.

• Significant knowledge of Unified Communications solutions including but not limited to Microsoft & Cisco Telephony and Web Conferencing

• Experience developing analytics and metrics and apply those analytics to drive improvements and change within a large organization.

• Experience with M365 automation

• Strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills along with the ability to communicate with a diverse group of people to develop credibility and forge solid and positive professional relationships with peers and management.

• Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility including shift and out of hours working
