Job Description

UX Designer and Strategist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced UX Designer and Strategist. As a key member of our UX team, you will play a crucial role in crafting the user experience and strategy of our digital products and services. Your expertise in Figma, along with your passion for constantly refining processes and learning, will be instrumental in driving our design initiatives forward. We place emphasis on delivering best-in-class user experience to our customers while maintaining an environment that empowers designers and facilitates collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• UX Design: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements. Build intuitive, user-centered designs and wireframes that align with project objectives.

• User Focus: Conduct user research, usability testing, and bring together feedback to advise design decisions. Analyze data and translate insights into design improvements.

• Interaction Design: Develop interactive prototypes and design systems using Figma, ensuring detailed and fabulous user interactions. Implement design standards to build consistent and cohesive experiences.

• Strategy Development: Work closely with business partners to define project goals, objectives, and success metrics. Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to guide the design process.

• Partnership and Communication: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and visual designers, to ensure successful implementation of designs. Clearly communicate design concepts, rationale, and solutions to team members.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, UX standards, and technologies. Proactively seek opportunities to refine design processes and workflows, and contribute to the growth and development of the design team.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years proven experience as a UX Designer strong proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.

• A portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design projects, demonstrating expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing.

• Proven understanding of UX design principles and methodologies plus a history of translating insights into actionable design solutions.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts successfully to both technical and non-technical partners.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet commitments.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
