Job Description –

• Act as a single point of contact of the team & coordinate with multiple departments such as Finance, Accounts, Tech Team
• Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long- term company objectives to achieve set targets.
• Onboard dealerships by coordinating with legal and finance departments to get all the agreements in place.
• Educate dealerships about company brand values and processes during onboarding of the new dealerships.
• Assist dealership with setup process.
• Follow process for reporting the dealership setup progress
• Assist dealerships with information related to products offered by the company.
• Manage dealership relations with the company.
• Resolve queries related to brand & marketing for dealerships.
• Generate and share PI for vehicle sales in coordination with the sales team.
• Coordinate training activities and schedule training activities for dealership personnel
• Coordinate supply chain related blockers within departments.
• Maintain NPS (net promoter score) for the company above 8/10.
• Anticipating key account changes and improvements
• Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
• Good Team Player with Positive attitude

Skills – Great communications skills, good command on English language
