Thinkerbell Labs Hiring for Accounts and Finance Associate at Bangalore Full Time

Who we’re looking for?

Thinkerbell Labs is looking for a smart, self-starter and detail oriented individual with a great understanding of Accounting and Finance. The individual should be proficient in Accounting Principles, Compliance and Finance. The company is at an inflection point in it’s journey and this role would add considerable value over the next phase of the journey. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into and lead the Finance vertical.

What you will be doing?

If you’re successfully hired for this role, you will be taking up the following responsibilities among others:

• Owning GL (General Ledgers), R2R (Record to Report) and Monthly Books Closure
• Keeping transactions on Tally updated
• Handling Compliances (TDS, PT, GST) and Regulatory filings for India Operations
• Manage timely Statutory Audits and coordination with External Auditors
• Creating real-time Financial reports and insights (cashflow, income statement, balance sheet, MIS) for better decision making
• Create financial projections, models to support founders in fundraising and reporting to investors
• Optimising Cashflow through liaising with banking, external consultants & debt providers, other vendors
• Handle invoicing, payments, payroll (PF, ESI, etc)
• Assisting Supply Chain teams with logistics operations (e-way Bills, BoE, etc)
• Assisting Business Development teams with forex, receivable factoring etc

What you’ll need to bring to the table?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting & IPCC
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• In-depth knowledge of Taxation and Company Laws

Compensation

• INR 5-7 Lacs per Annum + Competitive ESOPs
