Tasks
Your most important task is to deliver good projects that the whole team is proud of and the client is happy with. That includes the following tasks.

• Unity Level Designing
• Real-time Lighting ( BRP / URP / HDRP )
• Creating 3D Assets and environments in Maya or Blender
• UV layouts and Texturing
• 3d/2d asset management
• Animator, Timeline Animations
• Particles and Visual effects
• Optimize and refine art assets to improve performance
• Work closely with designers and art leads to ensure that environments and assets match the quality bar
• Follow the schedule and deliver assets on time
• In-depth understanding of design and 3D businesses, brands, and products
• Work closely together and communicate openly with an international, multi-disciplinary teams

Requirements

• 2 + years of experience in similar role with a strong portfolio
• Background in AR / VR development, Interactive Experience and Games
• Staying up to date with latest Design trends, especially emergent tech in the field of AR/VR/Machine Learning in Unity3d
• You have integrated 3d content for multiple platforms and devices such as HTC Vive, HoloLens, Android/iOS mobile devices, Oculus Rift, Oculus Quest
• You are open to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques to create immersive experiences in multiple platforms
• Basic code and debugging
• Experience and proficiency in Maya or any equivalent 3D software
• Experience in Unity and Unreal
• Good working knowledge in 2D Photoshop and Substance
• An eye for visuals / aesthetics for western market
• Ability to work under supervision and open to feedback
• Good communication skills in English Ability to work collaboratively
