Full Job Description
Experience: 2 – 4 years
Required Skills:
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
Support other teams with various administrative & HR tasks
She should be having a sound understanding of managing conflicts and resolving complaints about or within the department.
She should be able to Provide administrative support to managers by scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, and taking notes during meetings.
Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.
Deal with customer /employee complaints or issues.
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
