Full Job Description
Role: Administration ManagerNote: Preferred only male candidates.Job Responsibilities:Supervising clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.Initiating and coordinating goals, deadlines and projects for their department.Monitoring and procurement needed supplies for office, reception and kitchen.Ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.Managing the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.Administration and arrangement for meetings.Responsible for procurement of stationery, office supplies, office furniture and fixtures, and supplies.Manage dispatch and inward communication, postal, courier and maintain a register for the same.Checking of Bills or Supporting Vouchers in support of expenses incurred.Qualification & skills: Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream with min. 3-5 years of suitable experienceA high level of confidentialityStrong communication skills, both written and verbalGood Organising and time management skillsOrganised and detail oriented along with a flair for coordinationComfortable in flexible timingsAble to work on MS Office/ Google SuiteExcellent administration skillsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timeSchedule:Morning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):What is your current or last CTC?Can you join immediately?Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:relevant: 4 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Speak with the employer+91 7011389344
