Associate – Executive Assistant IN
The TIAA India Executive Assistant supports multiple executives and their leadership team in their day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, travel, conferences etc for all members of the department.
Under general supervision, this job works across all lines of business to ensure business needs are met for assigned executives, including assistance with team communication, travel plans, expense reports and all other requests by executive members.
Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
Educational Requirements
University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
