Associate – Customer support – Chat Process

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • 6 TO 1 Year Of experience in BPO or chat Process
  • The customer service Representative will answer customer question about registration, Product, payment and order placement and will work to resolve any issues using a strong customer – centric approach.
  • You will communicate with customer via Phone email and chat. Your Primary objective is to communication efficiently and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Answers Customer Inquiries relating to registration , Pricing, Order, Installment payment and Calculations, Returns, Order adjustment, and /or product question vis phone, email, and social media.
  • Shift Timing 11 AM TO 8PM Day Shift / 8 PM TO 5 AM Night Shift
  • Work from Home
  • Good Communication English, Hindi, Telugu
  • HSC , Any Graduate
  • Salary 10000 to 15000
