Who you are and what we are seeking:
As our HR & Admin Manager, we are looking for a strong HR professional with 10+ work experience and with unbeatable organizational skills. You will be responsible in handling HR & Admin related tasks which will include but not limited to the following:
Hiring & Recruitment
Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycle and directly recruit multi-level positions; sourcing, screening, interview, job offer, candidate notifications and onboarding.
Employ sourcing strategies, active networking and innovative recruiting methods to hire the best talent
Coordinate interviews and provide interview outcome summary
Review all job offers and contracts and ensure internal equity
Manage onboarding, probationary review and regularization of new hires
HR Operations
Administer and monitor the Company benefits program
Manage and evaluate Talent Development initiatives and related data
Safeguard and manage confidential HR data such as compensation, private employee information and others
Coordinate and ensure timely completion of the performance evaluation process
Organize, implement, and monitor employee engagement, HR communications and feedback efforts of the Company
Provide advice and resolution to employees and management on HR matters
Build and manage professional relationships with various HR vendors and stakeholders
Ensure and monitor employee compliance to Company policies and procedures
Ensure company compliance to all the Indian Labor Law regulations
Coordinate with the third party for all the ROC compliance and timely submission of necessary documents for the said purpose
Support HR governance and process improvement requirements by Regional HR
Obtain satisfactory audit ratings during internal and external audits
Monitor and manage department budget and allocation
Ensure data integrity and timely updates of the HR systems, organization charts, HR lists, reports, files and other employee data
Implement, manage and monitor the leaver process
Support Country and Regional management on other HR related matters
Payroll
Complete timely payroll reporting and ensure payment to all employees.
Ensure the process of the monthly HR payroll preparation and documentation on a timely basis ensuring completeness and accurate documentation.
Review the reporting completed by the third-party finance function.
Ensure timely submission of Salary documents to the Bank for a smooth credit process.
Resolve Employee queries on the Payroll and Tax computation.
Office Administration
Support the payables and receivables process
Support country management in other HR/Administration related projects as required by the business from time to time.
Facilitate Travel Arrangements for C-suite and Senior Management.
Coordinate with the Vendors for invoicing and payments.
What are we looking for
Possess Degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of hands-on HR & Administration experience
Exhibits strong verbal and written communication; ability to summarise data information for presentation to senior management
Experience in managing and coordinating with various HR vendors and stakeholders
Experience in managing recruitment cycle
Meticulous, organised and good attention to details
Analytical and project management ability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
