We’re looking for a high-energy, data-driven Product Manager for solving ambiguous problems across the user journey . As Product Manager for retention, you will lead our efforts to increase the usage of our offers, launching new features to help us drive engagement across our subscriber base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, engineering, and marketing to drive our engagement engine for the business. As Product Manager for CLM, your single minded focus will be on improving conversion at every step of the funnel, leveraging user insights and product data to identify potential opportunities in improving the checkout experience. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about delivering great consumer product experiences, & is able to collaborate with engineering & data sciences to solve problems.
Responsibilities :
– Own the CLM & retention product roadmap and success metrics
– Drive rapid experimentation around pain points, customer needs, product adoption and engagement
– Day-to-day: be the voice of the customer, analyze product data to gain valuable user insights
– Collaborate to guide efforts between technical and non-technical teams (Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Design) to ship product enhancements that deliver seamless consumer experiences, scale revenue and product-line profitability
Basic Qualifications/ Must-Haves :
– MBA and/or BE/BTech from leading academic institutions
– 3-4 years of Product Management experience, preferably focused on growth and engagement for B2C products
– Proven experience of shipping products, ability of conceptualization of new product features and refinement of existing products
– Ability to ruthlessly prioritize, identify the highest leverage opportunities and work to drive them into being
– Ability to move quickly, with the customer in mind: Drive user research with healthy bouts of strategic intuition to support rapid-cycle testing with users prior to delivering requirements to engineering
– Analytical mindset: leverage our consumer data streams to optimize conversion and retention
– Exceptional communication skills with a knack for decomposing problems
– Entrepreneurial drive, strong desire for ownership, and passion for building valuable product experiences
