Designation: Account Executive
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Salary Range: 2.8 to 3.25 Lacs per Annum
Joining: Immediate/ 15 days
Job Description:
· Booking of purchase, sales invoices, Service charges, Job work, professional. Fees, General expenses, Labour charges etc. in Tally
· Issuing Debit & credit notes
· Payment to vendors & collection from client.
· Daily banking related work
· Cash expenses entry on daily basis.
· Handling petty cash
· Preparation of Monthly GSTR-1& 2B and GST Payments.
· Preparation of Monthly Attendance, Preparing salary sheet for the purpose of payment.
· Making monthly provision for Salary, TDS, loans & advances, Computation of employee’s income & Calculation of TDS.
· Issuing salary slip & Form 16 to employees.
· Taxation –
1. Monthly calculation & preparation of payments for TDS, GST, PT, EPF.
2. Preparing data for return filling of PT, GST, and TDS.
· Knowledge of TDS, GST, PT, PF and Salary calculation.
· Preparation of Financial Reports/ Bank Reconciliation.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹23,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
