We’re Hiring: Senior Vice Presidents – Cybersecurity Leadership Roles at Top PSU Bank in India

Top PSU Bank in India is seeking visionary leaders to join our Cyber Security Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai. We are opening applications for the following strategic positions:

🔹 1. Senior Vice President (SVP) – Cyber Policy & Cyber Academy

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic vision for Cyber Policy & Academy Unit.
• Define, advocate, and drive cybersecurity policies in alignment with regulatory guidelines (RBI, SEBI, PCI-DSS, NIST, Data Protection).
• Design and deliver cybersecurity training programs for industry experts, academia, and customers.
• Collaborate with regulators, universities, and industry partners to strengthen the cyber ecosystem.

Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years’ experience with strong background in cybersecurity policy and capacity-building.
• Proven leadership in setting up/leading a CoE or policy advisory environment.
• Strong understanding of BFSI regulations and cyber frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and program management skills.

🔹 2. Senior Vice President (SVP) – Cyber Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SBI’s Cyber Advisory function including Threat Intelligence & Strategic Advisory.
• Develop and execute Customer/Citizen Awareness Programs.
• Establish a Cyber Defense & Threat Intelligence practice.
• Build partnerships with academia, government agencies, and industry leaders.
• Evaluate and drive cybersecurity program effectiveness.

Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years’ experience, with 8–10 years in senior cybersecurity advisory/leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of threat defense, security frameworks, and BFSI regulations.
• Proven ability in managing outcome-driven strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in collaboration, research leadership, and public awareness campaigns.

🔹 3. Senior Vice President (SVP) – Cyber Innovation & Research

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and lead Innovation & Research Lab within the Cyber CoE.
• Drive advanced cybersecurity R&D initiatives, technology adoption, and solution development.
• Collaborate with academia, regulators, and industry partners for innovation projects.
• Translate research findings into practical cybersecurity strategies and tools.
• Represent SBI in industry forums, publish thought leadership, and promote cybersecurity innovation.

Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years’ experience, including 8–10 years in innovation/R&D leadership.
• Expertise in cybersecurity technologies, research, and applied innovation.
• Strong track record in leading multidisciplinary research teams.
• Ability to deliver impactful, next-gen solutions for BFSI cybersecurity.

🎓 Mandatory Qualifications (for all roles):

• BE/BTech in any discipline, OR MCA/ME/MTech/MSc from recognized institutions.
• Preferred: Advanced degree in Cybersecurity / IT.
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, MBA (Technology Management) are desirable.
