TMRW House of Brands Hiring for Founder’s Office (Strategy) (1-3yrs) at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

The Founder’s Office will work closely with the Director – Strategy and executive team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategy and working with multiple brands under TMRW-House of Brands. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional teams to define new initiatives to grow the portfolio companies

• Perform robust analysis to define the thesis for business expansion
• Develop the program plan for the new initiatives – scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, timing
• Collaborate with business leaders across TMRW to drive the initiatives
• Solving problems through structured thinking, research, project planning, and on-ground execution
• Drive Governance cadence
• Drive business planning, goal setting, and a regular governance cadence
• Highlight and work with CXOs to resolve the challenges
• Create concise, compelling, and effective communications for different contexts – board meetings, strategy reviews, all-hands meetings
• Work on special projects which are essential for the growth of the businesses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field from Tier-I B-school.
• Experience with a top-tier consulting firm, ideally with a focus on e-commerce/ Retail/ D2C or work experience across founder’s office/Entrepreneur-in-residence roles for e-commerce/ Retail/D2C start-ups
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights.
