Acting as the first port of call for new and existing clients, you will provide a first class service managing any questions or queries, positively contributing to the overall retention and growth of the company.

Key skills and responsibilities:

• Develop sound knowledge of the products offered
• Meet and exceed company targets
• Answering customer/client queries
• Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
• Ensure appropriate documentation is raised and issued correctly
• Preparing and dealing with renewal and new business quotations
• Communicating effectively with otherers
• Working closely with administrators to ensure systems are accurate and up to date

Ideally, you will be a real ‘people person’ with previous experience of working within customer services. In addition to this, you will need to have a high attention to detail with a drive to achieve and the ability to negotiate to influence results.

Location: Tonbridge
Hours: Full time Monday – Friday
Salary: £19,000 – £22,000
Additional information: Real potential for temp to perm for the right person
