• – Proven working experience in social media marketing.
• – Proven working experience in PR and Media relationships across mediums – Digital, Print, Radio, etc.
• – Good social media strategy-building skills, engaging ideas, and creative initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• – Develop, implement and manage social media strategies across all channels.
• – Manage and oversee social media content in line with the Brand’s global content.
• – Review social media objectives and strategies regularly and make necessary adjustments.
• – Manage communication and responses over all social platforms.
• – Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• – Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• – Work with copywriter and designer to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• – Collaborate with Product teams for Marketing collaterals.
• – Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• – Connect influencers and industry professionals to create a strong network.
• – Developing PR Plan aimed at stimulating brand growth.
• – Developing brand awareness and media relations, interfacing, planning, and executing all campaigns.
• – Understand brand building and image building process, and end-to-end execution of all major communication campaigns for the Brand.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• – A pleasant personality with a good command over the language.
• – Fluent in written and spoken English/Hindi, with active thinking and explore the latest trends.
• – In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media & PR channels and managing all activities and campaigns.
• – A team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide others.
• – Ability to multi-task and deliver under pressure if required.
• – Solid analytical skills and ability to mine data for actionable insights.

Work Days- 5 Days week: (Work from Office – Flexible time allowed till Covid ends).Compensation- Between 4,00,000 to 8,00,000 per annum.Immediate Requirement- Please apply Only if you are ready to Join within 15 – 20 Days.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR30,000.00 – INR65,000.00 per monthBenefits:
