Job Description
The role
As the Customer Service Representative, you will:
Managing day to day Customer Service for Sales and Nomination shipments for customers based in Pune.
Handling & Managing day to day pricing for Sales generated business and Toll counterpart, Approved agents & local customs queries.
Maintaining job count report and Job profit for shipments handled ex Pune.
Involved in Negotiations of rates with carriers & overseas networks offices.
Placing bookings with carrier as per rate agreed and service contract and Tracking of shipments on daily basis.
Ensuring no documents is released without payment for COD customers
Efficient & Timely communication with Customers thus improving the information flow & reducing process times at each stage.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Atleast 3 years of experience in customer representation and operations role.
Good exposure of freight forwarding Industry.
