The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has experience working with graphic design, illustration, branding, and basic web design within an agency setting or working directly with companies/brands. What you’ll do-
The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and carry out the visual design of brochures, proposals, websites, print collateral, advertising and other visual systems. Create design interface mock-ups and visual concepts using Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry standard design tools for advertising (online and print) and other sales and marketing collateral materials as required Help design professional business presentations which assist our business development team in creating impactful internal and external communication materials. These are predominantly PowerPoint presentations but may include other print and digital media. You will work on different requests every day, collaborating with the executive team, business development, consultants, product managers and peer designers to deliver compelling presentations and other storytelling solutions (video, print media, infographics etc.). Your work will combine adherence to tight deadlines with creativity and commitment to quality. You will create materials in compliance with detailed brand guidelines and style requirements, ensuring high quality and positive audience experience. Examples of the requests you will work on are: single slide production in PowerPoint to open a meeting discussion, powerful data visualization infographics, end-to-end customized presentation designs, comprehensive research report, consistent presentation formatting along predefined brand guidelines, and client testimonial video editing. Create production-ready assets and design specs for development. Create and maintain all digital and print graphics to support brand initiatives Create graphic content, that communicates and promotes the Company brand on the company website, on social media platforms, and send out email blasts. Possess a proficient understanding of online and print production procedures, including the ability to produce layouts and create final development/press ready files. Requirements Who you are-

• Degree in design-related field such as fine arts, graphic design, corporate design, service design, visual communication, media design.
• 2+ year of work experience in graphic designing preferred.
• Experience in using PowerPoint and design software such as Adobe CC/CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CorelDRAW, Sketch, Sketchup.
• Professional knowledge of design theory and practice; proven ability to conceptualize ideas into designs and visualization of data.
• Commitment to quality and compliance with brand guidelines – details-oriented but able to see the big picture
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize, plan work and meet deadlines.
• Kindly upload a design portfolio in any format, ideally including case studies explaining context of the work.
• Avid problem solver. Who is excited by hard, day to day challenges faced by multiple industries and would use technology as an enabler to solve them.
• Strong professional attitude and service-oriented mindset.
