Job Roles & Responsibilities-

• Responsible for review and preparation of issues on the draft regulations, government policies and industry issues for development of the Project
• Assist in managing relationship with the relevant agencies at various levels to understand, mitigate and work towards resolving and advocating measures to manage project.
• Procurement for the Projects and Preparation of estimates for the Project.
• Understand and assess resource assessment and its commercial impact
• Procurement of material and services for O&M
• Drafting agreements for Supply / Service / O&M/ NDAs etc
• Contract management (e.g. administer, review, manage, file, evaluate, analyze, and negotiate) for both Project and O&M
• Vendor management and Development
• Maintain good record of purchasing files and records (purchase orders, contracts, etc.) to ensure its compliance with company policies and procedures and ensure the availability of documentation.
• Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates good negotiate & presentation skills
• Evaluate order and bid documentation
• Implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures
• Monitor Project and O&M purchases and Present MIS periodically
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and continually improve purchasing methods/processes
• Response to inquiries from internal and external sources in providing information

Work experience : Executive (1 to 5 years) in in RE / PSP commercial & regulatory . Preferred companies & experience : Having / under development of Hydro Projects : RE / Pump Hydro Storage.

Expected : Technical Qualification : Engineer and / or MBA

Educational Qualification : B.E and / or MBA
