New Business Team
Drive the strategic planning and deployment of lead generation and go-to-market plans and activities.
Work closely with country Sales Directors and Managers to identify key accounts, co-develop actions and timelines, and align resources in support of lead generation and go-to-market activities.
Serve as lead for the implementation of regional business development programs within the targeted industries, including go-to-market sales campaigns, growth platforms and other prioritized initiatives that support opportunity development and pipeline management. Track results of lead generation initiatives and provide frequent status communications.
Develop a deep understanding of the customer activity, structure and nurture their stakeholder needs by proposing a high value proposition
Drive the sales cadence process for the sector market segment including initiating/supporting activities to enhance pipeline integrity.
Identify trends and gather market intelligence to improve the hub’s strategy
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development functional specialists, Technical, Finance, and other resources as needed to support industry sector market segment and account team needs.
Work with the sales teams to set the sales plan for each market including key account acquisition.
Manage dossiers/presentations to investment committees for NBO approvals.
Other Activities
Ensure consistent updates of sales reference materials and collaterals, updating SOPs as needed.
Assist sales teams and work closely with Marketing team in ensuring that the business is delivering consistent high-quality offers
Maximizing the value of the RECs sales activities across the region.
Assist the Audit task force team and serve as a key point of contact for sales related activities
Ensure salesforce are accurate, and flags are not raised on health checks
Share PowerBI insights to sales team with the objective of continuous improvement providing escalations, recommendations, and decision support to leadership.
