Total IT Global Hiring for Accounts Payable Executive – Immediate Joiner required at New Delhi Full Time

• Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
• Assemble invoices to be completed for payment
• Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval
• Maintain copies of invoices or correspondence necessary for files
• Type periodic reports and other records
• Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
• Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments
• Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices (calculating and taking discounts when applicable),
• Reconcile bank statements

• Tracking Vendor invoice, preparing payment batches & confirming the billed to client confirmation & sent it to Banking team for payment processing

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends
