Full Job Description
1. Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.2. Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone.3. Handling incoming calls and deal with inquiries. Transfer calls as required.4. Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean.5. Timely entry of patient’s sample received at reception area and make sure all sample entry and labelling is done correctly as directed.6. Report print outs to be send to the respective Doctors, patients, Lab or at Hospitals on time.7. All required materials & equipment are available at patient area for blood collection.8. Adjust to meet changing demands and situations including dealing with diverse people.9.
