TEMS Administrator –
Job
Description:

Manage the implementation and configuration of the Calero TEM system.
–
Monitor and analyse telecommunications expenses, identifying cost-saving
opportunities.
–
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of telecom assets, invoices, and
contracts.
–
Collaborate with various departments to optimize telecom services and
streamline processes.
–
Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best
practices.
–
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to enhance telecom
expense management strategies.
Qualifications:
–
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related
field.
–
Proficiency in utilizing Calero TEM software and other relevant telecom expense
management tools.
–
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and
generate actionable insights.
–
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders
across departments.
–
4-6 Years of experience in telecom expense management or related field is
preferred.
–
Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and regulations is
advantageous.
– Professional
certifications such as Certified Telecom Expense Management Professional
(CTEMP) or Certified TEM Auditor (CTA) will be preferred.
