Tradetron Fintech Hiring for Customer Support Executive at Remote Full Time

Remuneration : Rs.3 Lakhs per annum

Location : Remote. Collaboration with team on Slack

Work Hours : 9 am to 7 pm

Prerequisites :

• Knowledge of Stock market / Derivatives / Financial services industry
• Great communication skills – proper written and spoken english.
• Knowledge of Technical analysis and its usage in Algo trading will be a plus
• Coding skills not mandatory but will be a plus
• Work experience not mandatory but will be a plus

Client Servicing Responsibilities :

• Providing support on webchat (chatlio on slack) and support tickets and phone call
• Helping clients with information about pricing and plans and help them complete their signups
• Helping users onboard Tradetron. Linking with their broker account
• Helping clients with troubleshooting their algos on Tradetron platform.
• Preparing help documents / videos for various strategies and creating blog entries based on that
• Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹25,000.00 per month
