Job description – Admin Officer (Immediate Joining)
ExpertPoint is looking for an Associate in Administration Dept. who can also work independently and to manage team with ownership and has good expose to administrative activities.
We have immediate opening for experienced candidates at our Chennai Location.
If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidate also has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
Job Responsibilities
. Issue Invoices to Clients and External Partners through our own ERP tool.
· Experience in handling AR process like customer billing & cash application
· Monitor and ensure there is no Unbilled invoices
· Manage office supplies stock and place orders with exiting vendors. Manage the Vendor list
· Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
· Can able to handle petty cash and related reports on daily/weekly basis
· Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
· Answer general queries by employees and clients.
· Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
· Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
· Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
· Arrange travel and accommodations
· Schedule in-house and external events.
· Handling complete general office administration and its supplies.
· Should also act as receptionist or first point of contact for visiting clients.
· Visit Banks and other places based on need basis.
· Maintain Computers, Laptops and related accessories database and managing the supplies by raising PO based on the requirements
Requirements and skills
· Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
· Solid knowledge of office procedures
. Exposure in Accounts field is an added advantage.
· Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
· Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail
