Job Summary:

Overall responsibility for Sales and Customer development of Unitary Customers in an assigned sales territory and account list, by providing Customer with value through technical and commercial expertise and partnering.

Job Description:

1] Pursuing sales and collection target for the Assigned Territory effectively . Also assigning the targets to the dealers and getting it completed.

2] Developing Good Relations with the influencers like HVAC Consultants , Architects & Interior designers.

3] Helping Trade partners in bidding, competing and finalising projects.

4] Organizing Brand Awareness events like Consultants and Architects meets through ISHRAE and ASHRAE.

5] Responsible for tendering, budgeting & costing, Resources planning, Design & Engineering & management support for HVAC projects.

6) Day to day selling activities i.e. identifying sales opportunities for Trane and Trane Customers, organising, proposals, asking for and acquiring orders

7) Co-ordinate with other Processes to ensure high level of Customer satisfaction

Additional Requirements:

1] Person who has got experiece of selling Ductable and VRF in assigned market.

2] Person who has got good contacts with HVAC Consultants and Architect.

3] Person who is technically sound.

Qulaification:

12+ years of Exp. into Unitary Sales.

B.E/B.Tech in any stream.
