Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Extraction of nucleic acid from virus, bacteria and human samples. 2. Designing of primers and probes for conventional PCR, qPCR and LAMP. 3. Standardization and optimization of molecular assays (PCR/qPCR/LAMP/Crispr). 4. Calibration, verification and validation of developed assay. 5. Development of controls, standards and secondary reference material. 6. Troubleshooting and application support to the customers for developed assay. 7. Development of protocol, procedure, SOP, IFU, work instructions related to the developed product. 8. Preparation of documents for regulatory approvals of developed assay. 9. To ensure smooth tech transfers and to establish good manufacturing practices and quality checks. 10. Maintaining daily work records and preparation of weekly and monthly reports. 11. Maintenance of lab and equipments for contamination control.
