TransJet Cargo Hiring for Bookkeeper – must know QuickBooks at Chandigarh Full Time

HARD WORKING DEDICATED INDIVIDUAL WANTED.

You will be running reports weekly and monthly to do with U.S Logistics process. Auditing monthly for all AP/AR and reporting P/L, Must have knowledge of A to Z accounting and be well versed in Logistics.

MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE.

We’re looking for an organized and driven bookkeeper to join our growing team. The Staff Accountant position will work closely with our operations personnel and handle day-to-day bookkeeping.

Job Duties –

Prepare budgets

Enter transactions and reconcile account balances

Driver Payroll

Prepare accurate work papers, schedules, and reconciliations for audit purposes

Stay up to date on state and local tax laws

Work with external auditors

Record payments and disbursements

Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures

Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

Requirements –

Expertise with QuickBooks

Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills

Additional experience in Audit and International accounting

Experience with SaaS companies
