Transpacks Technologies Hiring for Human Resource Generalist at Remote Full Time

Roles:

• Hiring:

a. Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house database, using job portals, referrals.

b. Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.

c. Building New Network, maintaining client relationship, Preparing database initiating new contacts is Plus – Must have at least 1+ years of experience in End to End Recruitment Process.

d. Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for the entire interview process.

• Team management and retention

a. Put measures to track the performance of each candidates

b. Reward the good performance and motivate to underperformers to optimize the performance of the team

• Accounts and Operations

a. Manage salaries of employees, consultants, freelancers etc.

b. Manage the expenses of employees

c. Do branding for employees and future prospects to increase inbound leads

d. Hiring contractors, and vendors and do negotiation and finalization

e. Application for various startup events+ awards

f. Handle PR
