Job Description Summary
This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.
This role will work closely with the MANCOM members and extend the support in managing calendars, travel arrangement etc.
What You’ll Bring:
Assisting the chairman and Mancom members in day to day activities.
Managing multiple calendars – scheduling meetings and arranging calls
Making travel arrangements for the leadership team which includes VISA, Hotel, Car hire etc.
Participating in various engagement plans and offsite arrangements.
Leading and coordinating the arrangements.
Handling petty cash and clearing invoices on time.
Preparing claim statement and filing confidential papers as and when required.
Handling any other task assigned by MANCOM members from time to time.
Impact You’ll Make:
Any Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree with relevant experience.
Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience.
Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
