What You’ll Bring:
Responsibility 1: Create and implement the functional strategy for Customer credentialing and onboarding function in India.
Create functional strategy and establish key success indicators for customer credentialing and onboarding function. Be a thought leader for the function.
Devise and implement the operating model for the function.
Define and manage performance of the function across KPIs across customer centricity, compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibility 2: Execute functional strategy and drive functional performance to deliver results.
Recruit, train and lead a team of employees, contractors and partners to drive functional success.
Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures to perform the following functional responsibilities:
Adherence of all screening & verifications as per approved SOPs, to perform credentialing processes.
Establish processes for monitoring of material change in credentials of existing clients.
Perform re-credentialing and termination process as per SOP, in line with regulations, laws & TransUnion policies.
Establish processes for quality audits and support all audit (internal, external) initiatives. Work on audit recommendation to make necessary enhancements.
Manage internal and external stakeholders in relation to Transunion’s credentialing and onboarding function.

Experience and Skills
Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration / Finance
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
Flexibility to travel as needed
Executive presence and assertiveness.
Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.

Driving customer experience, innovation & operational excellence– A believer in continuous improvement of services, processes and operational efficiency. Technical competency, to understand and use technology as a means to drive customer experience, compliance and operational efficiencies is a must.
Business & financial analytics acumen – Spends time to ensure understanding of the business and aligns accordingly. Analytical bent of mind is necessary. Ability to interpret and analyze a variety of business information including financial statements, legal and verification screening information, legal and litigation reports etc.
Change agent – Ability to diagnose correctly, design and execute interventions. Ensures communication through appropriate channels in a concise and proactive manner. Inclined to create new functions, teams and evolve them quickly. Decisive leadership to define vision of the function, align functional strategy with overall. Agility to work in a dynamically changing market, regulatory and business environment and ability to pivot functional strategy accordingly.
Execution champion – Focuses and ensures closure without compromising on quality of the output. Raises / flags issues as necessary and moves forward with a solutioning approach
Compliance Oriented: Ability to understand and interpret laws, regulations and financial statement to create necessary processes in compliance with these guidelines. Strict compliance acumen is a necessity to succeed in this role.
