Main Purpose of Role

This position is accountable for ensuring that client data for Batch Product services is received and returned to internal and external clients within the service level agreements. This is done through the processing and loading of requests received as per internal/external client requirements within set turnaround times, thereby ensuring that good quality outputs and reports are produced and delivered to clients.

What You’ll Bring:
Key Tasks & Accountabilities • Deliver service excellence for Batch order fulfilment. • Appraisal and processing of job submissions to ensure all requirements are met. • Ensure that good quality input data is processed to achieve a high match rate. Perform pre-validations and engage with Client Management & Consultancy to address major anomalies that would impact quality. • Produce good quality output within specified turnaround times to facilitate better credit decision making by clients. Ensure any data related concerns are addressed before delivering to the customers. • Involved in data processing, management, and reporting of batch jobs daily, weekly, and monthly. • Identify where to improve efficiency and / or quality of processes. • Drive operational improvement by identifying and implementing appropriate solutions. • Adhere to documented processes and contribute to documentation reviews. • Quality control & dispatch of completed work. • Actively contributing towards reducing the risk profile of the team. • Ensure queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner. • Support Data Processing Consultant with product changes / new releases.
