For Kharghar Navi Mumbai Location.We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)

• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution throughvarious channels

• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness

• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)

• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience

• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

• Taking 100% responsibility for multiple SEO projects

• Communicating with clients, answering their questions & making changes as requested by them.

• Delivering a satisfactory increase in rankings, traffic of the project.

• Maintaining the month-on-month performance of every project.

• Direct reports/management of a team of 8 associates and senior digital marketing specialists.

• Train & Manage the SEO team.

Own the entire Paid Media department value chain – the roadmap, multi-media plan, campaign set up, monitoring, optimization, and reporting. Define and track the success metrics and manage the paid media department.

• Responsible for Lead generation through paid budget

• Responsible to set up the standard practices and grow the team.

• Manage the day-to-day handling of all paid social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc., and adapting strategies to suit different channels

• Develop, launch, and manage new campaigns for lead generation

• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity

• Analyze competitor activity on social media

• Optimize google ads and social media campaigns in order to achieve targets set by the client

• Manage the budget allocation for all multimedia campaigns

• Encourage collaboration across teams and departments

• Regularly liaise with clients via email or calls
