Trelleborg Sealing Solutions India joined the Trelleborg Group in 2005. The company with about 700 employees in manufacturing facility and marketing office across India has been successful in creating strong footholds in the Sealing market of the country and is recognized as the Leading Sealing Solution Provider in India. We have an Information Technology (IT) Division in Trelleborg which consists of a team in Trelleborg (Stuttgart) and a team in Bangalore (India) to support the internal IT requirements of Trelleborg. Digital Solution Department host, develop and maintain more and more websites. The work load on Sitecore CMS is rapidly going up with a growing number of hosts and environments. To maintain a high quality of service, extend support time with one more time zone we require additional headcount in India. The person will cover all infrastructure activities in the WEB area with a focus on Sitecore Infrastructure. The primary task will be supporting Sitecore Infrastructure as a growing system in our organization. Emergency support of all working websites will be in the portfolio of responsibilities. It is required to have a good communication skill with stakeholders and team members, as well as working independent and responsible in each project. Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsibility and ownership of all aspects of DevOps support, environment, alignments, and tunings for Sitecore platform,
• Continues Integration – Building, Deployment, Maintaining and updating Sitecore Jenkins jobs.
• Maintaining Sitecore CMS and CD servers in multiple environment setup.
• Maintaining Sitecore Databases in multiple environments
• Monitoring Sitecore machines – Using different monitoring tools (New Relic, Check MK, ELK)
• Issues resolving – communicating with developers and/or Sitecore support team or Group IT and responding accordingly.
• Updating, patching Sitecore – Installing hotfixes for improving Sitecore system.
• Constantly improving the Sitecore system in the areas of performance, availability, caching
• Sitecore Automations – Implementing deployment scripts and improving current ones
• Installing SSL certificate, extending it and maintaining it for various modules in Sitecore and WEB in general.
• Identifying infrastructure needs for deployment environments. Working with the internal IT Department to procure, configure and maintain physical servers as well as Windows VM environments required for the deployment of Trelleborg Websites.
• Troubleshooting failed builds and deployments in test environments. Determining and fixing environments and configuration issues. Analyzing logs and communicating potential code issues to development teams.
• Facilitating, managing, and communicating information related to server environments – their current state, deployed versions, and availability to developers, QA engineers and team managers.
• Emergency support for the website platforms. Fast reaction in case of emergency and defining clearly emergency support with team members.
• Migrating of the current applications to another location due to infrastructure improvements
• Installing environments based on application requirements.
• Investigating and evaluating innovative technologies that can improve current system and infrastructure in general also for cost / efficiency ratio.

Profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent with at least of 10 years of experience.
• Understanding of web application architecture and infrastructure requirements (network, DMZ, load balancers, clusters, security …)
• Knowledge in scripting language (PowerShell)
• Working with IIS, creating virtual directories, certificates, understanding binding, creating URL rewrite rules…
• Experience with Sitecore administration will be consider as plus.
• System administrator experience on Linux servers and the ability to cut/grep/awk your way through the command line
• Experience with Build/Deploy/Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins and Ansible Experience configuring and maintaining with Apache HTTPD web server in various setups .
• Monitoring, Trending and Reporting Experience, New Relic, ELK stack .
• Understanding of protocols and technologies such as HTTP, SSL, LDAP, SQL, DNS.
• Application clustering/load balancing concepts and technologies .
• Knowledge of deploying, configuring, and maintaining Docker containers.
• Ability and motivation to automate tasks wherever possible.
• Understanding of source control systems (SVN, Git, etc.), including branching and merging strategies.
• Preparedness to work independently.
• High technical skills and understanding.
• Openness for working in the new areas if required, using previous experience and engagement to make oneself confident in it.
• Strong written and oral communication skills (English only)
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment in projects with distributed teams
