TRI Solutions, Inc Hiring for Customer Service Officer (India) at New Delhi Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond and Resolve promptly to our customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensures that customers’request is completed timely and accurately by Service Providers around the world, via specialized software or vendor websites
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Set up and manage the new/existing customer accounts; Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Ensuring that all orders received are authentic and pre-authorized according to procedures
• Monitoring online currencies
• Performs other related task that may be assign by immediate superior

Qualifications:

• Any nationality
• Proficiency in both English and Hindi Language (oral and written) is a MUST.
• Typing proficiency must be 35-40 WPM
• Working experience in the related field and/or experience working in an online betting industry is an advantage.
• Applicant must be willing to work remotely
