Job description

Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.

To address specific vehicle issues.

Discuss with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures and prepare work order for needed repairs.

Inspects all vehicles for body work, informs customer if work is needed and provides an estimate for body work.

Handles customer complaints.

What we expect

Technical Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Auto Engg / Mech Engg.

Knowledge of the automotive industry.

Exhibits strong customer service skills.
