Job Description

Client On-boarding OfficerImplementation and Process (International Voice Process)o Work closely with sales team to facilitate the collection of relevant documents in accordance with the prevailing account set up procedures.

• To provide support and guidance to sales team throughout the documentation/form
• completion process.
• Review the documentation requirement and completeness during verification stage.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative check on New Account Documentation for all clients.
• Ensure all client files are stored and maintained accordingly (electronically and in paper format).
• Prepare regular reports for Management review (account documentation irregularities, monthly statistics).

• Ensure timely processing of static data updating request.

• To assume the responsibility of a level 2 checker.

• Appropriate and confidential handling of client data and information.
• Process and provision services by liaising with various vendors.
• Liaise with technical team and organize installation of equipment at client’s premise.
• Conduct post-delivery satisfaction survey call.

Team Spirito Work within a team – with an adaptable flexible approach, coordinate with operations, technical and sales team members to resolve complex cases and address issues in a timely manner.o Be open to change and support the vision of working in a fully transversal operation.Information Sharing

• Ability to share information and eventually train new team members.

Control and RiskAbide with operational risk procedures and escalate incidents to Managers where necessary.Contribute to the implementation and controls for daily processes and assist with the update of procedures.Report and escalate concerns/ issues to Manager when required.CommunicationLiaise regularly with the following internal groups to ensure a smooth on-boarding process: Compliance, Legal, FO teams, Client on-boarding or other support teams within Australia and India that have any involvement in the Client On-boarding process.Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InPay: INR20,000.00 – INR30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
