Full Job Description
Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception.Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.Assisting clients and visitors with the seating.Scheduling and confirming appointments.Observing business etiquette, and maintaining a professional appearance.Directing the flow of mail, couriers and deliveries to reach the intended recipients.Ordering and replenishing office supplies such as Stationery, Groceries. EtcManaging the maintenance and repair of office equipment.Assisting with copying, scanning, emailing, note-taking and travel bookings.Maintaining in & out register for office staff.Managing daily attendance of office staff.Preparing meeting facilities and arranging refreshments, if required.Assistance in Filing.Provide General Administrative Assistance.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Front desk – Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
