Job Duties:

ob Role : The Accounting Manager will be responsible for supervision of the General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Payroll areas of the Healthcare Unit . The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, annual budget preparation, annual audit, financial analysis and statistical tracking for the entity .The Manager must be able to facilitate the flow of information and communication between Accounting and other areas of the facility. Must be a B Com Graduate with CA ( Inter) Preferred .Formal training in hospital accounting and finance is a must with 10 years’ +accounting experience in senior or manager level role in hospital setting .Must have experience overseeing payroll, involved in month-end close, statutory Compliances, Taxation and GST ,financial statements, reimbursement, cost reports, revenue cycle.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support Business operations by working closely with Facility Head
• Review of books of accounts and complying with the requirement of the standards.
• Timely Review/submission of monthly/quarterly/yearly MIS and other related reports
• Responsible for billing functions to ensure accuracy of billing.
• Ensuring statutory compliance such as GST, Income Tax etc.
• Review of Receivables on monthly basis in order to track the collection very closely.
• Preparation of Annual Budget, Monthly MIS report
• Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of entity results on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
• Ensuring month end provisions are properly accounted for and variance in expenses reasoned from completeness perspective
• Review of monthly actual results v/s budget and review of variance analysis
• Review of unit treasury related activities such as Cash, BRS, fund flow management, etc
• To ensure that adequate visibility of all items in the P&L and Balance Sheet is provided to all stakeholders
• Review of various critical agreements and other legal documents to provide necessary suggestions.
• Review of reconciliations of all accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy of books
• Audit co-ordination for internal as well as external authorities and ensure proper closure of issues
• Coordination with Corporate Functions and resolving their queries timely for overall smooth consolidation
• Review of inventory and implement robust mechanism for inventory and fixed assets control to ensure zero deviation
