Roles & Responsibilities
To take care of the warehouse operations for the day to day operations which includes work allocation /monitoring the operators
Update the warehouse pending orders file along with the status in the warehouse (eg. picking on process, checking to be done, sticker to be keyed, sticker to pasted) to understand the pending activity in the warehouse
Validate/compare the SKUwise picked qty and scanned qty per order and correct the discrepancies to ensure the ordered SKU is dispatched
Consumable tracking and maintenance with 2 months coverage for all items
Ensure to complete the RTV/sales returns process is completed and SKUwise details given for issuing credit notes with 100% accurate data within average of 2 days
To ensure 6S & Metal policy is followed by the operators
Ensure the E Com drop ship orders are processed and dispatched on the same day as per agreed time line for 6 E Com customers. To Meet orders OTIF >98% for E Com drop orders.
Ensure to clear the attendance for the operators thru ARS on a monthly basis with HR for payment to the operators
Ensure to do Cycle count on a periodical basis
OEE process improvement finding & implementation
Implementation of Price increase without impacting the Business
To update warehouse pending order regularly upon receipt of orders from dispatch team and based on the activity completed by the operators
Allocate the man power based on the activities pending at the warehouse on a daily basis (eg.orders to be picked, checking to be done, GR to be checked, Sales Returns to be processed, etc…)
Ensure the double pack & Triple pack SKU packing is done as per SKU combination given by PM department since the products are received as single pieces from the production center
Co-ordinate with dispatch team for orders priority based on customer group
Ensure the data entry operators are taking/printing the stickers for the traditional trade customer product boxes requirement as per the orders after keying the data provided by the operators

Update the Bulk/replenishment SKU wise details and keep the details in the picking location area so that the operators can see the details immediately for replenishment
Update and maintain all consumable items on a weekly basis and give the requirement on a monthly basis
To ensure the check the packing list with physical stock for the goods receipt from TII production center and co-ordinate with FG department in case of any discrepancies
Ensure the sales returns are processed and submit the documents for issuing the credit notes
To co-ordinate with P2, FG team to ensure the style wise product boxes are obtained & available for traditional trade customer order dispatches
Ensure the E Com drop orders are processed and dispatched on the same day as per the agreed time line
Closing Stock update on a daily basis for sales team separately for each sales channel (Traditional Trade, Departmental Stores & E Com)
Maintain the Error register on a daily basis for the discrepancy in the SKUwise orders picked
Activity wise / operator wise data to be maintain on a daily basis and analysis to be done for efficiency increase
Operator Attendance, Leave, Overtime and shift details are updated in the payroll software on a monthly basis for salary purpose
Update the PLC 70 SKU wise details on a regular basis
Your ideal profile:
Good typing skills
5 years of previous related experience required
Preferred to have e commerce experience
Attentive to detail and accurate Well organized
Cooperative and willing to assist others
Able to use computer applications, ERP would be an added advantage
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables
Ability to perform basic math skills, use decimals to compute ratios and percent, and to draw and interpret graphs
Fluent in Tamil/ English is must
Candidate should have experience in E Com drop shipment orders processing
