Triwave Solutions Inc Hiring for Accountants with Quick books & Payroll experience at Chennai Full Time

Accountant with Payroll:

• Perform all Accounts Payable monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing responsibilities
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data
• Manage all communication across the company’s departments, ensure all coding and approvals are accurate; maintain a stellar cross-functional relationship with departments within the organization.
• Communicate with vendors and resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation and determining appropriate adjustments
• Contact vendors to verify banking information, request W-9’s and other required vendor documentation.
• Track and book accruals for other liabilities and prepaid expenses
• Book and reconcile corporate credit card activity
• Establish and enforce payment terms
• Process, maintain and send 1099’s
• Process Payroll for W2 employees and 1099 contractors in QB payroll
• Familiar with US accounting laws and regulations
• Initiate vendor payments to include check, wires, ACH/credit card processing
• Continue to improve the operational systems, payment process, policies and act as a resource for the procure-to-pay function.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal processes and controls
• Assist with internal and external audits as needed
• Assist with additional ad hoc requests and projects for the department.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferably in Accounting or Finance)

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Must be comfortable and excel in communication with vendors and customers
• You have a proven ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders of all levels
• You have a desire to learn and develop your skillset to take on more responsibility
• Team player with a collaborative spirit, cooperative attitude, and ability to work across multiple departments
• Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on meeting deadlines and addressing urgent situations
• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite;
• Quickbooks Online (Accounts & Payroll)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
