TRS Forms and Services (P) Ltd. (TRS) ; an entity registered under Indian Companies Act, 1956 was promoted by first generation Entrepreneur Shri N Subramanian in November of 1998.
TRS is acronym for Total Reflective Solutions; the Company being a pioneer in Optical Mark Reading (OMR) technology and the initial years of OMR was based on reflected light concept.
OMR though was found relevant in Objective Tests assessment, TRS innovated several other non – Examination spheres for application of this technology to avoid manual data entry.
Over the years, TRS innovated in Post Examination data capturing. TRS is credited to introduction of use of Barcodes for Dummy Numbers in Indian Universities; Automatic Dummy Numbering scanners; automatic capture of Marks LIVE in Central manual Evaluation Camps; use of QR code Attendance stickers etc.
TRS, backed by in-house Research and Development wing; was the first in India amongst Data capturing concerns to manufacture its own Scanners. FIRE EYE is an automatic Dummy Numbering scanner, which got introduced in 2009 and still has no competing product.
Several Examination Bodies have used TRS hardware and software products continuously for more than a decade.
In line with Client needs, TRS has been operating an online Division, for over a decade now which develops software products and also provides On-line (internet based) services. The focus continues to be Examination Bodies’ – Registration of Examinees and Pre Examination support and automation of Assessment procedures.
eMarquer, a digital Evaluation platform is a recently much sought after On Screen Marking (OSM) Software. True to its gene, TRS developed a wholesome product based on Assembly Line tactics and incorporated some cost effective in house produced gadgets for the digitization process. It’s quality Control software has been a major reason for the success of eMarquer as it addressed all concerns of Clients in digitization. The evaluation component is also user friendly and, being in house developed is highly customizable.
TRS is a long-time partner of ABBYY products in India and the Division extends implementation support in addition to sale of product licenses.
Head quartered in Chennai, TRS has branches in New Delhi and Bangalore and serves Clients PAN INDIA.

Job Description
Responsible for the recruitments of permanent / Contract staff as per the requirement for the branch or for the projects.
Closely work with the Branch HODs, raise manpower requisition as per the branch requirement to Head – Transformation, get it approved and plan for the recruitment in the most economical way possible.
Source the contract staff agencies, employ temporary / contract staff as per the project requirement.
Maintain employee related information such as manual attendance register (both biometric and manual), leave records etc., and furnish this information to HO- HR as per the periodicity.
Ensure that employees are motivated and work as a team, in achieving the organization`s goals.
Constantly liaise with the employees and ensure that all HR issues of Employees such as PF and ESI issues are addressed and escalate the issues immediately to Head – Transformation.
Maintain project wise data for Performance analysis of all the Employees to be properly rewarded during annual increments.
Training and Development
Identify training requirement (Job related, On job and soft skills). Develop training calendar for all the above mentioned trainings.
Arrange and coordinate for all on job related trainings with HODs.
Conduct soft skills trainings as per the training calendar. Conducting Induction Trainings for the new recruits.
Admin / Project Admin related Job Description
Ensure spic and span housekeeping in the entire office premises on a day to day basis.
Maintain ‘On duty attendance’ of all staff at project site.
Closely coordinate with the Project team at the Project sites, collect the project status records MIS (Managerial Information System).
Maintain the project expenses, payments and attendance of the contract staff etc.,
Verify the authenticity of the conveyance and lunch expenses claimed by the staff; ensure it is in line with the guidelines provided by HO and arrange to pass it through.
Be responsible for all the Administrative works at the Project sites including arranging of boarding and lodging for the Project teams.
Responsible for the movement of Scanners and other company properties to the Project sites with procedural records for the safety and security.
Booking Travel and Hotel accommodation for the travel team.
Arranging economical transportation of the scanners to the project sites.
Purchase Activities
Identifying & recommending Vendor.
Vendor Management
Analysing the purchase requirements.
Handling any related to purchase
Organise timely purchases with and without PO at right cost and quality.
Maintain Minimum Stock Level
Responsible for timely passing the bills.
Alternate sourcing and Cost reduction for the Purchase of materials and inventory management.
Maintain all required records related to purchase.
Event Management
Arrange to celebrate the birth days of the Employees, festivals and other events as per the directions.
