Location:
We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, London, and Gurgaon. This position will work in a hybrid capacity from our Gurgaon office.
About the role:
The Publishing Operations team is looking for a Publishing Operations Coordinator to support enterprise-wide applications and our end users. You will work both with a small internal team, as well as end users and software representatives to maintain assets, workflows, and related documentation. The Publishing Operations Coordinator reports to the Senior Business Analyst.
About you:
You are detail-oriented with a passion for data management, end user support and triaging system issues. You are quick to learn new software, applications and processes and are experienced in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Your day-day: (aka Responsibilities)
Validate the archiving of assets from our Content Management System (Studio) to our DAM (Assets)
Support processes for publishing assets to various outputs, such as digital editions and PDF replicas
Support content management projects by validating, updating, and migrating assets and managing production-related tasks
Manage the asset keywording processes to ensure UGC content is tagged appropriately
Create, and maintain JIRA workflows, integrations, and board configurations
Provide day-to-day software support including responding to support tickets and coordinating with internal development teams and third-party resources to resolve defects and implement features
Triage and resolve issues within Adobe Creative Cloud applications and other applications as needed
Participate in multiple, concurrent projects, managing requirements across multiple teams and various systems
You have: (aka Qualifications)
Advanced computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, InCopy, Photoshop), AirTable and Jira
Database and content management system experience desired
Experience with both MAC and PC platforms
Knowledgeable in triaging applications/end user issues and collaborating with vendors to resolve issues
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to multi-task across multiple projects
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical employees
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
